Shipping Rates and Times
The following tables detail the various delivery charges, which are determined by the items you order, the delivery location, and the requested delivery date. Rest assured, you will incur only a single delivery charge per order, irrespective of the number of items purchased (the highest relevant charge will be applied).

Delivery fees are shown in the delivery section of each product page and will be clearly stated on the checkout page prior to processing your payment.

Standard Products:
- Standard domestic delivery to London and Surrey is FREE on orders over £200
- Standard domestic delivery to most of UK Mainland (ex Isle of Wight) is £300


Standard delivery times are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 19:00.

Typically, you'll receive a text message update on the evening before your delivery. A subsequent text message will be sent on the morning of delivery, providing a 2-hour delivery window.*

*Please ensure you provide a mobile number during checkout to receive these updates.

Our carrier may ask to photograph the delivery once completed, but you have the right to decline.

Delivery Details:
A signature is required to confirm receipt of deliveries (it's recommended to thoroughly inspect all items before signing).

After delivery, the items become your property (assuming full payment) and responsibility. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or destruction unless the items were damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered at the time of delivery.

Before using the items, please inspect them carefully. Keep your receipt or order number, found in your order confirmation email or on the delivery invoice, as it is necessary for any after-sales queries.

Occasionally, orders may face minor delays in the courier network. Therefore, we strongly advise against scheduling or paying for third-party services to assemble/install your items until you have received and checked your order. ANKA UK Wholesale LTD cannot reimburse any third-party costs.
Returns and Refunds
Your Right To Cancel
In the UK, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations of June 2014, you are legally entitled to cancel your order within fourteen days of receiving the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled within this period will be issued in line with your legal rights.

As stipulated by the Consumer Contracts Regulations of June 2014, there is an obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. A full refund of the purchase price will be provided for the products.

Please note, this does not constitute a complete statement of your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. For comprehensive details of your rights, contact your Local Authority's Trading Standards Office.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to ANKA UK Wholesale LTD, you can do so by one of the following methods:

1. Request a Collection via the ANKA UK Wholesale LTD Customer Services
You can easily return unwanted items within the 14-day 'right to cancel' period.

Be informed that our collection service operates from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, and specific collection times cannot be provided.

We will accept returns if:

- The items are in a condition that allows them to be resold
- The items remain unopened and unused

Please ensure that items are properly packaged for collection, using the original box or appropriate packaging.

Inform our Customer Care Team of:

- Your preferred collection dates
- Your online order number
- The address for collection

For collection payment, please reach out to our Customer Services Team.

Should you be absent at the time of collection, we may deduct the direct costs of the failed return from your refund or charge your credit card, as per the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

After the items arrive at our Distribution Centre, the return will be processed within 24-48 hours. The refund will then be issued to the original payment method in 3-5 working days.

2. Post back the item to the ANKA UK Wholesale LTD Warehouse
Please enclosed copy of your packing list or invoice with your returns goods. This method of return will be at your own cost.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage in case the goods are not received by our Distribution Centre. Please ensure that the goods are suitably packed.

Once the goods are received at our Distribution Centre, it will take 24-48 hours to process the return. Your refund will then be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 working days.

If you are unable to print the downloadable returns label, please contact our Customer Services Team. They will gladly send one to you by post, which you should receive within 3-5 working days.
